More about Mehdy
“Mehdy is a wonderful Manual Osteopath! He is very knowledgeable, gentle, caring and above all masters his practice very well. I have been seeing him for my chronic back pain and migraines. His cranial technique is just AWESOME!! I am very satisfied with the results and highly recommend his services.”

“My first appointment with Mehdy was far better than I had hoped for. Informative but most importantly, I got a lot of relief. A very caring and capable young man that puts his patients first. Highly recommend.”
“I have had 3 sessions with Mehdy and they were plenty to see dramatic improvements in my shoulder mobility and neck pain. I definitely appreciated the time he took to listen and give me a sustainable advice/treatment. I could see that he truly cared about what I was saying/feeling and to this day, am still applying the advice he gave me and I made the changes that needed to be done. I had to go back to my home city unfortunately otherwise I would have surely been a regular client of Mehdy's.”
“After a long period of stress I had difficulty breathing for weeks. I went to Headspace Chronic Pain Clinic and Mehdy quickly identified my breathing issues and worked with me to correct me breathing technique. In addition he used a craniosacral therapy technique to help me calm down. I feel better. Incredible work! Would recommend.”

“I suffered from neck and back chronic pain for years and I tried so many therapies but nothing seemed really effective... until I went to Headspace and let Mehdy "fix me" for good! I'm a construction worker and I needed a real solution (not just going for therapy forever). I found it here.”
“Highly recommend Mehdy! Quality service from a genuine person who often goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. He is easily approach and sincere in his treatment recommendations. For anymore looking for alternative therapy from massage, physio, chrio, etc. I recommend going to this clinic!!”

Is Osteopathy covered by my insurance?
We are accepted by most insurance companies, but most do not allow clinics to direct bill for Osteopathy on a patient’s behalf.
Please call your insurance provider to explore your specific plan details and coverages.
What to expect during my first session?
Your first session will last 75 minutes. Your Manual Osteopath begins with a consultation, followed by a full body assessment and hands-on treatment. Depending on the requirements of your condition, complementary modalities may be applied in conjunction with your treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
We work closely with you to achieve progress and improvements, because we understand that every individual is unique and recovers at a different pace. Let our Manual Osteopath assess the severity of your condition, we will then be able to propose the best course of treatment.
What should I wear?
Clothes on or off?
It is important you feel comfortable during your treatment, so wear relaxed clothing you can easily move in. All our treatments are clothes-on, so we will never ask you to change down to your underwear.
What happens if I cancel my session?
A session time is reserved just for you. In the event of late cancellation, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer it to another patient. We therefore request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to amend or cancel your booking to avoid late cancellation fees.
Is the treatment painful?
Our hands-on treatment is pain-free and may include mobilization, active and passive stretching, repetitive movements and massage. Our treatments are gentle and should not cause undue discomfort. Some people experience mild soreness for a day or two after treatment, similar to that felt after mild exercise.
